From Executive Chef Erik Pettersen’s heart and imagination, Evo Italian offers contemporary interpretation of authentic Italian recipes. The draw of family brought fourth generation Italian Chef Erik to south Florida where he opened Evo Italian in 2007. Evo, short for evolution, represents a dream inspired by his Mother Nancy to bring time-honored, old world traditions evolving full circle into fresh new beginnings. Years ago, in the Italian village where his grandparents lived, there were no supermarkets to shop for food, so dinner came fresh from the farm to the table.

Award Winning Wines

Evo’s wine list offers more than 250 wine selections and reflects a mix of old-world classics and new world finds, across a broad range of prices, vintages and styles. While the wine list is Italian focused, Chef Erik Pettersen has tasted and chosen selections from around the world that display characteristics and styles to complement the menu. Boutique bottles and also great everyday wines that appeal to the connoisseur of wine and to the customer who wants nothing more than to have a nice red with their Sunday Gravy or a refreshing white with a Snapper Francese. Click Here
